Synergetic catalytic and biological technologies in dual dielectric barrier discharge(DDBD)treatment of high humidity and low concentration organic waste gas or malodor is hotspot of current gas processing and difficulty.This study first compares the current technological conditions of low concentration organic waste gas treatment in low temperature plasma technology advantages and disadvantages,selected a pair of dielectric barrier discharge plasmatechnology for research and development.Secondly,dielectric barrier discharge driven by fast pulse power system module to achieve efficient,uniform discharge effect.Through the dischearge disc component materials selection and structure,developed its own intellectual property rights using microsecond pulsed high frequency high voltage power supply system driven by dielectric barrier discharge system and implements module volume production processes.Meanwhile,trial-small low temperature dielectric barrier discharge plasma combined catalyst technology of test device,contrast settings plasma combined with different catalysts catalytic p-modeling effects.Does not set the catalyst.toluene at low power processing efficiency is not stable,between the decomposition rate of 30%?70%;security settings and catalyst lead to discharge extreme distance that discharge from the catalyst surface 5cm,when gas velocity 1M/s,level 2 decomposition rate of treatment of toluene can be as high as 90%,and performs using nanometer titanium dioxide Photocatalystslightly better than Mn ozone catalyst.Based on completed performance test,implemented large-scale equipment development,and put forward two different types of equipment form.Finally a malodor of sewage treatment plant in application testing and treatment,to calibrate the stench of decomposition of methyl mercaptan emitted from efficiency,methyl mercaptan concentration measured at the entrance of 30(±10)?g/m~3,the equipment could not detect methyl mercaptan at the outlet.Dual dielectric barrier discharge plasma combined catalyst has been proved with high humidity and low concentration organic waste gas is effective.
