Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs)is a new type of porous materials.It has shown large potential in many fields of gas separation,storage,catalysis and sensors owing to its rich channel,large specific surface area,unsaturated metal sites and the fascinating structure.In recent years,many attractive researches based on MOFs had been reported,especially sensors of small biological molecules and ion.Among all kinds of sensors,colorimetric sensors have attracted much of attention.Because it has many advantages such as simple instrumentation,fast response and good selectivity,etc.Here the small biological molecules and ion sensors were constructed based on MOFs.The paper mainly include the following several aspects:1.Solvothermal method was employed to synthesize ZIF-67.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectrum(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were employed to characterize ZIF-67.A sensitive colorimetric sensor of H2PO4-was constructed which introduction of ZIF-67 and pyrocatechol violet(PV)as receptor and optical signal indicator based on the principle of indicator displacement assay(IDA).More importantly,the process of IDA has achieved conversion of the optical signal and transformation of structure at the same time.2.ZIF-8 had been obtained by solvothermal method and characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR.An organic indicator 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulphonic acid sodium salt(NQS)was prepared to synthesize nanocomposite(NQS/ZIF-8).Based on nanocomposite(NQS/ZIF-8)a sensitive colorimetric sensor of sarcosine was constructed.The limit of detection was 1.03 ?M.Meanwhile,we validated the sensing mechanism by electrochemical methods.3.A simple,rapid and sensitive sensor platform of cobalt ions(Co2+)has been successfully explored based on the coordination interaction between small organic molecules 2-methyl imidazole with Co2+.The limit of detection was 8.04 ?M.It will provide an important reference for detection of cobalt ions.
