Fly ash is the waste emissions from coal-fired power plants,occupation of land and cause serious pollution to the environment.In recent years,the study found that Mongolia Zhungeer coalfield high alumina coal are rich resources,this topic with Pingshuo mining area desilication coal ash as the research object,Because of lithium in fly ash has the paranormal enrichment phenomena,and the concentration of lithium has scratch the associated minerals comprehensive recovery of industrial grade,this kind of phenomenon has great potential economic value.Lithium is the strategic metals and has extensive application in the national defense science.At the present stage,China has great demand for lithium and it cannot meet the demand,the gap of lithium in inland is still increasing.If we can extract lithium from alumina powder coal ash,it not only can solve the problem of serious environmental pollution from coal combustion,but also can improve the level of comprehensive utilization of coal,improve the competitiveness of the coal industry in the market,realize the benign cycle economic development,and also has important social significance.In this study,make Lithium Ion-sieve as raw materials,through the experiment to investigate the excellent conditions of Ion-sieve.In the aspect of application,take Pingshuo high aluminum fly ash as raw materials,using single factor and orthogonal test,study the optimal method of extracting metal lithium from high alumina coal ash and as far as possible to get high extraction efficiency.At the same time in order to compare the advantages of ionic sieve,it also compared with common resin material on the market,respectively take the single factor test to find the optimal condition adsorption of the resin.Mn source test conditions:the roasting temperature is 1000~oC,the roasting time is 80min.Ionic sieve precursor test conditions:the roasting temperature is600?,heating rate is 10?/min,the mole ratio oflithium-manganese is1.0,the roasting time is 400min.Elution test conditions:agitationrate is 100rpm,liquid-to-solid rate is60:0.5,partielesizeis300mesh,acid concentration is 0.7mol/L,temperature is 55?,and time is 110min.Ion sieve adsorptiontest conditions:adsorption time is 70min,adsorptiontemperature is 60?,liquid-to-solid rate is 40:0.5,agitationrate is200rpm.The adsorption effect of Basic resin 201*7 is best in four kinds of resins.Adsorptiontest conditions:quality is 0.1g,solution volume is 100ml,rotate speed is 140r/min,adsorption time is 60 min.Through this ionic sieve material extracting lithium from high aluminum ash not only can make full use of waste resources,but also improve the industrial value and economic effect of fly ash.
