This thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, recent advances in synthesis of organoselenium compounds are reviewed..In the second chapter,copper-catalyzed synthesis of ?-selenium generation of alcohols compound.Copper-catalyzed three-component reaction of aryl iodide, epoxides and selenium powder for regioselective arylselenation of epoxides has been developed. And preliminary mechanistic experiments are investigated. In the third chapter,metal-free-catalyzed tandem raction of terminal alkyne, epoxides with selenium:An economic, efficient and green method for synthesis of P-(alkynyl selenium)alcohol compounds using normal propyl alcohol as solvent has been developed, which can produce more complex containing selenium compounds. And preliminary mechanistic experiments are investigated. In the fourth chapter,metal-free-catalyzed tandem raction of indoles, epoxides with selenium:A new method for synthesis of ?-(3-indole selenium)alcohol compounds using water as solvent has been developed, which can produce more complex heterocyclic indole compounds containing selenium. In the fifth chapter, experimental section including the experimental procedures, synthesis and structure characterization of starting materials and lisoquinoline derivatives are described. |
