Climate change is one of the major problems of human survival and development in this century.It is necessary to take effective measures to reduce and control the emission of greenhouse gases to avoid irreversible effects on the climate system.Carbon dioxide in a variety of greenhouse gases,with a longer life expectancy and a large amount of emissions on the"greenhouse effect"of the largest contribution.BP company"World Energy Statistics Review"pointed out that the raw coal in the world's fastest growing energy consumption,a large amount of carbon dioxide emissions from coal-fired power plants each year,is one of the main contributors to the greenhouse effect.According to the International Energy Agency?IEA?"key energy statistics",in the global power production statistics,the coal-fired power generation will be maintained at around 40%.Obviously,the control of the existing coal-fired units of carbon dioxide emissions is an effective means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.The current international coal power carbon capture technology are mainly:Based on the integrated gasification combined cycle?IGCC?combustion of trapping and burning adopting solvent absorption after the capture and oxyfuel combustion capture three ways based on.For coal-fired power,oxygen enriched combustion technology and the existing combustion technology has good continuity,combined with boiler flue gas compression and purification technology can achieve near zero emissions,and the current post combustion capture,pre combustion capture technology has great advantages,oxygen enriched combustion of boiler flue gas compression purification technology has become this century carbon capture technology sets a most competitive is an important direction of development.With oxygen enriched combustion characteristic of the boiler flue gas,this paper on CO2 compression purification system for the whole process simulation,optimization of operational parameters,forming optimization design,build a set by the CO2 compression system,lead chamber process desulfurization de NOx system,CO2 purification purification systems,ice machine system,and the DCS control system,CO2 storage system and is composed of the electrical system,cooling water system and other auxiliary facilities of 50kg/h carbon dioxide compression purification test platform;In order to carry out CO2 compression purification tests by CO2 compression condensation test,to determine the temperature and pressure of CO2 liquefaction,low-temperature washing tower CO2 spraying quantity of washing tower top gas composition,low temperature washing tower kettle liquid NOx,SO2concentration degree;Through the experiment,the content of NO,SO2 and the ratio of SO2 and NO in the process of desulfurization and denitrification were changed,and the effect of desulfurization and denitrification in the process of desulfurization and denitrification was determined;In the whole process of oxygen rich combustion carbon capture technology test,can produce more than 99vt%of liquid CO2,and the effect of desulfurization and denitrification is obvious;the acid gas pressure oxidation test.Based on the experiment,master the relationship between CO2 temperature and pressure,the energy consumption of liquefaction,transformation and removal methods of NO,SO2 transformation and removal method etc..For the development of oxygen enriched combustion purification technology and design of CO2 compression system and calculation method of 200MWe oxygen enriched combustion system of boiler and lay the foundation for research and development.
