This experiment chooses WC?WG-TiC-TaC?TaC?Co?Cr3C2?VC as raw materials to make up CX2-2 ultrafine cemented carbides.Using high-energy ball milled for ultrafine CX2-2 composite powder,then metal mould pressed through cold isostatic pressing.Studied the sintering temperature and inhibitor on the CX2-2 alloy magnetic properties,mechanical properties and the influence of microstructure,and analyzed the cause of strength change and the fracture mode of the alloy.After 43hours of high-energy ball mill,CX2-2composite powder average particle size of 0.25?m,particle size distribution in the 0 to 0.7?m.In the metal molding conditions,the pressing force is increased from 125 to 250MPa,compact density increased from 48.81%to 54.60%.The compact strength has been further enhanced after 300MPa cold isostatic pressing.CX2-2 alloy sintered at 1430? has better comprehensive:hardness is 92.5HRA;porosity is A04B02C00;strength is 1107MPa;coercivity is 17.60 KA-m-1;relative magnetic saturation is 82.25%.Crystal display alloy of tungsten carbide particles in 0.5?m to 0.6?m,but tungsten titanium solid-solution large particles,particle size of 1.5 to 2.0?m.When the CX2-2 sample was doped lwt%VC?0.5wt%VC and 0.5wt%Cr3C2?1%Cr3C2 inhibitors,sintered under 1430?.The results showed that adding 1%Cr3C2 alloy performance is better,its density is 99.73%,hardness is 93.2 HRA,bending strength is 1107MPa.Study found that the fracture mode of the alloy is intergranular fracture.
