Rice–duck mutualism system is one of the ways in which Asia includes the ecological agriculture of rice production in China. It can make the beneficial living organisms in the paddy field ecosystem have a better living environment and promote the virtuous circle development of paddy field ecosystem. The soil nutrient content and microbial biomass of the whole nitrogen, available nitrogen, available potassium and organic matter in paddy field can be increased, and the soil fertility effect is improved, and the soil fertility is improved and the soil bulk density is improved.Change the soil structure effectively and improve the soil physical properties turn for the better,so that the soil environment to the benign development of rice;and is conducive to increasing rice production, rice and duck quality has also been improved.Set up conventional treatment field, rice and duck co-processing demonstration, and based on the analysis of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil samples of rice field, rice and ducks, rice and ducks, rice and rice,Characteristics of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Loss in Paddy Field under Duck. The main findings are as follows:(1)The total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus, soluble phosphorus and COD concentration in the field were significantly different from those in the conventional area before the diets were put in the duck. And reached an average of1.961mg/L on the ninth day after fertilization. The average concentration of ammonium nitrogen in paddy field reached 12.049mg/L,and reached the lowest value on the ninth day after fertilization, with an average of 1.492mg/L;the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in paddy field was between 0.144 and 0.944mg/L,and the average value of nitrate concentration reached 0.279 mg/L on the ninth day.The total phosphorus concentration in paddy field was 0.103-0.159 mg/L,and the soluble phosphorus concentration in paddy field was between 0.079-0.125 mg/L.The COD concentration of field water decreased with the increase of fertilizer days, which was higher than 40 mg/L.(2)After the duck was put on top dressing, the concentration of water and nitrogen in riceand duck was higher than that in conventional area. After two days of duck dressing, the total nitrogen concentration of common field paddy field and rice and duck reached17.56mg/L and 19.65mg/L respectively, and reached the low value on the seventh day of fertilization, which was 10.980mg/L and 14.788mg/L respectively. The results showed that the concentration of ammonium nitrogen in the paddy field was 13.340mg/L and15.065mg/L,respectively,and reached the lowest value on the seventh day of fertilization, which was 7.455mg/L and 11.405mg/L respectively.Three days, the fifth day,the fifth day of nitrate nitrogen between 0.164-2.247mg/L,the fifth day after topical fertilizer and conventional rice and rice and duck farming surface water nitrate nitrogen concentration reached a maximum of 1.905mg/L,2.247 mg/L;(3)After the duck was put on top dressing, the concentration of water and phosphorus in rice and duck was higher than that in the conventional area. The concentration of total phosphorus in water was significantly higher than that in the conventional area, which was higher than that in the conventional area, and the highest concentration of water was0.705-0.195mg/L.(4)After the duck was put on top dressing, the COD concentration of rice water was higher than that of the conventional area.Rice and duck breeding area after two days to reach the maximum value of 110mg/L,the overall 80-110mg/L;conventional area is two days after the maximum reached 104mg/L,the total in 66-104mg/L.(5)Drainage On the 16 th day after the duck was placed, the concentration of total nitrogen and ammonium in the conventional area was higher than that in the rice-duck breeding area and the ecological intercepting trench. The nitrate nitrogen concentration in the conventional area was smaller than that in the rice-duck breeding area and the ecological intercepting trench The concentration of total phosphorus was less than that of the conventional treatments, and the COD concentration in the rice-duck farming area was significantly higher than that in the conventional and ecological interception ditch. The total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen concentrations of the three treatments were all lower, and the rice-duck farming was slightly higher than that of the rice-duck farming. The nitrate-N was significantly higher than that of the conventional and ecological interception ditch, the conventional area and the ecological interception The difference between the three treatments is higher and the difference is less, the rice and duck breeding area is slightly higher, the difference between the three treatments is larger, the lowest in the conventional area and the highest in the ecological block.Water COD concentrations are more than 40mg/L,water discharge national standard is 40mg/L or less.(6)The concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in the ecological interception channel is small, which indicates that the ecological intercepting trench has a crucial effect on the control of nitrogen and phosphorus loss in paddy field. The contents of total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate, total phosphorus, soluble total phosphorus and COD were significantly lower than those of conventional area and rice-duck breeding area. The total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and nitrate Nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD were generally lower than those in the conventional area or rice and duck breeding area, while the soluble phosphorus was significantly higher than that in the conventional area and rice and duck breeding area.
