Leather making is a very complicated process,and there are a lot of processes from the bare skin to the leather.One of the most important processes is tanning.Tanning can be divided into pre-tanning,main tanning and retanning according to the tanning sequence selection in the process.There are many kinds of main tanning agents,such as inorganic salt tanning agent,vegetable tanning agent,aldehyde tanning agent and synthetic tanning agent.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,people began to pursue high-quality,pollution-free leather products.So that,green tanning materials and simple leather tanning technology become the objective of the researchers.At present,the research and development of new free chrome tanning agent become hot.According to cyanuric chloride(TCT)reaction activity of three chlorine atoms in the hierarchical controllability and reaction temperature of the second chlorine atoms is close to the temperature of leather tanning.Selecting cyanuric chloride as main raw materials has been replaced the first chlorine atoms,was prepared with tanning agent tanning properties.In this paper,we choose the active material with active hydrogen and the nucleophilic substitution reaction of cyanuric chloride to prepare organic tanning material with active chlorine.First of all,choosing H acid,taurine,ethanolamine,hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine,two ethylene three amine,polyether amine,L-lysine in all of seven substances,throughs infrared spectroscopy to test the result of reaction with cyanuric chloride.The reaction product was obtained to preliminary judgment of lysine and cyanuric chloride reaction products with tanning property by tanning experiment.Secondly,optimization of the reaction products of cyanuric chloride and L-lysine was carried out to improve the dispersibility and stability.The emulsion formed by the optimized according tanning experiment,particle size analysis,thermal analysis,and the mixed solution of acid and alkali salt to shrinkage temperature increased by 10?,the average particle size of about 100nm,but don't resist acid solution,alkali solution and salt solution.Finally,using chrome tanning agent,new zirconium tanning agent,acrylic acid,styrene maleic anhydride copolymer to retanning and filling after the optimization of active chlorine organic tanning materials,through physical performance test and scanning electron microscope showed that the new zirconium tanning agent retanning leather the best comprehensive performance.In addition,the synthetic tanning agent has the advantages of no pickling before tanning and no neutralization after tanning.
