Cooling and lubrication in cold rolling process is an important part and it is the key technology of cold stainless steel strip rolling process.In the rolling process it plays an important role.Pure oil injection during cold rolling has dual role of cooling and lubrication.Pure oil can take away the friction heat and deformation heat which produced in the process of rolling,and control the temperature of the roll,prolong the service life of roll.At the same time,high temperature of roll can make the lubricating oil film broken,and affect the cold rolling process.In the process of cold rolling,lubrication can improve the quality of the strip surface,reduce the power consumption of rolling,prolongs the life of roll,and so on.The lubrication and cooling of pure oil is the key to realize high speed and stable rolling.Pure oil lubrication as a new subject,its lubricating ability does not have a clear understanding.This study is aimed at a series of new problems caused by the stainless steel cold rolling lubrication theory and cooling system design of the pure oil.Through this study,the cold rolling and lubricating ability of pure oil can be got,which can provide scientific basis for controlling and utilizing pure oil.It also provides a new way for the development of pure oil cooling and lubrication technology.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,in order to accurately calculate the deformation heat of the strip itself and the friction heat generated from the contact surface of the strip and the roller,the deformation is divided into the inlet-elastic region,the inlet-plastic region,the adhesive region,outlet-plastic region and outlet-elastic region.The length of each interval is calculated,and the friction heat is solved by integral solution of the district section.For the deformation heat,the deformation degree during rolling is considered,and solved by using the integral method.The heat transfer model between the rolled piece and roll,and between the pure oil and rolled piece was developed.It improves the accuracy of the strip temperature calculation.(2)According to the heat calculation model,the temperature calculation program of stainless steel cold rolling is developed.In order to verify the correctness of the software calculation,the temperature measurement record of the steel coil during the cold rolling of the stainless steel is carried out.The accuracy of the software is verified by comparison between the temperature measurement and the software calculation.(3)In this paper,we first establish the model of strip surface oil film thickness,the minimum oil film thickness of the deformation area entrance and the average oil film thickness of the deformation area.Then the influence of lubricant injection amount,rolling speed,contact surface roughness,lubricant viscosity and deformation resistance on film thickness is analyzed.According to the pure oil lubrication,model of friction coefficient and oil film thickness was developed.By improving the reservoir thickness of under surface before the entrance,the oil film thickness difference of deformation zone was solved.(4)The simulation platform of the injection device is established.According to the layout of the field nozzle,the spray nozzle used in the field mill is simulated.The influence of the injection pressure,the injection distance and distance between nozzles on the distribution of the oil film in the deformation zone is analyzed.It provides the basis for the selection of injection pressure,injection distance and distance between nozzles.It provides theoretical basis for further improving the injection system.In order to ensure uniform,under the condition of invariable jet distance,the injection conditions choose 5 bar of injection pressure,60 mm of nozzle spacing and 15 ° of injection angle.Under the condition of invariable nozzle spacing,the injection conditions choose 5 bar of injection pressure,12 cm of injection distance,and 15 ° of injection angle.In this paper,we hope to provide theoretical basis for the optimization of cooling and lubrication of pure oil in stainless steel cold rolling.
