In recent years,with the gradual realization of the industrial modernization,the overall structure of processing is becoming more extensive,the product quality and the processing efficiency requirements are also increasing.When machining the abnormal and difficult surface and deep groove parts,plunge milling is more effective.Because of its high metal removal rate,plunge milling has been widely promoted and used.Machining the roots of turbine blade and the bottom ofpower turbine bucket needs a long and narrow bar to avoid interference,but the cutter arbor with large length diameter ratio will reduce the stability of the tool system and produce the obvious flutter.It will hinder the implementation of the machining precision,abrase the blade and increase the cost of the cost.In order to realize the efficient and stable cutting process,this paper studys on vibration damping design and performance of milling cutter bar:Firstly,a simplified physical model of vabration damping cutter bar should be established.According to the dynamic theory,the motion relationship between the arbor and the vibration damping system is established.The amplitude ratio formula is deduced and obtain the optimal frequency ratio,mass ratio and damping ratio.Secondly,the ANSYS software is used for the modal analysis and the static analysis of the tool arbor.And determine the structure and shape of the hilt.And using the frequency response analysis to determine the optimal radius and length of the cavity,and studying the optimal parameter value of damping elements such as the damping block and the rubber ring.Thirdly,the effect of vibration damping density and rubber ring stiffness on the maximum amplitude of the tool is studied.The cutting force obtained in the experiment is loaded into the simulation model,and the influence of the spindle speed,feed amount and radial width on the tool amplitude is analyzed.Finally,using the method of test verification,the single factor variable test is designed to compare the maximum amplitude in the simulation analysis and test data of the common cutter bar and damping cutter bar.And drawing the different spindle speed,feed amount,the amplitude curve of the radial width and analyzing the damping effect of the tool bar under various cutting parameters.In this paper,a dynamic vibration damping milling cutter is designed,and the vibration characteristics and rules are analyzed.Which provides a basis for the selection of cutting parameters and further research of the vabration damping cutter bar.
