Because of small radius and strong electronegativity of fluorine atom, introducing fluorine-containing groups into the organic molecules can effectively change the physical or chemical properties and biological activities. This strategy was widely used in the science of agricultural chemicals and medicinal materials.Due to the quality of high bioavailability and strong biological activity, organnic perfluoroalkly compounds have good potential applied value. In the present days, the study of the synthesis of perfluoroalkyl compounds are becoming a popular.Vinyl perfluoroalkyl compounds are one of the fluorochemcals also have important application. However, there are not naturally vinyl perfluoroalkyl compounds in the nature. Therefore, development a useful and effective way to synthesis of vinyl perfluoroalkyl compounds is of significance.Main contents of the thesis:According to the literature,a family of copper(I)trifluoromethylating reagents and copper(I)perfluoroalkylating reagents were synthesized by the reaction of a series of cheap raw materials. The reaction conditions were optimized as in the 1,4dioxane and DMF,under the 130 ? for 16 houres.Under the optimum reaction conditions,we expanded the scope of vinyl bromides ubstrates containing various groups like alkyl, halide, cyan, nitro and yield was up to more than 98%.Finally,we explored the possible mechanism of the reaction. All of the products were fully characterized via GC-MS,IR,NMR,and HRMS.
