4A molecular sieve is widely used in some new technology fields such as chemical, medical and environmental protection because of its excellent selective adsorption, ion exchange and hydrophilic properties. In the manufacturing process of molecular sieve, the synthesis of chemical raw materials and natural mineral raw materials are generally used in two ways, the former has high purity and advanced parameters, but the cost is higher, the latter is due to the incomplete process technology or the influence of various factors in production, some product performance can not achieve better performance, but lower cost. Therefore, the preparation of 4A molecular sieve can reduce the cost effectively. The high purity 4A molecular sieve samples were synthesized through the purification of kaolin, calcined kaolin and hydrothermal transformation.Through electronic scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction analysis methods and techniques, the shape, structure properties of the prepatrd metakaolin and the 4A molecular sieve have been characterized.Determining the kaolin optimum process conditions of preparation 4A molecular sieves is silica alumina ratio 1.9,baking temperature of 800?,bake time of 2h,basification temperature of 50 ?,reaction time of 3h,the crystallization temperature of 90 ?,the crystallization time of 6h,ultimately successful preparation of the excellent performance of 4A molecular sieves. In this work, the application of industrial effluents treatment in environmental protection and oil and gas industry in oil field has been studied and satisfactory results have been obtained, which has potential application value.
