In recent years,the process of urbanization in China has accelerated.With the rapid development of industry,the economy has undergone earth-shaking changes.With the increase in the population and the improvement of the living standards of the residents,the per capita water consumption,industrial and domestic sewage discharges have increased year by year.For this reason,the country vigorously builds urban sewage treatment facilities to improve the efficiency of urban sewage treatment,as the same time,the problem of sludge treatment and disposal is gradually exposed.The average daily treatment capacity of urban sewage in Zhalantun City has reached 8.5×104 m3,the average daily treatment capacity has reached 2.0×104 m3,and the output of sludge is about 50 t/d(Sludge moisture content 80%).Zhalantun City has not built a sludge treatment plant so a large amount of sludge has been dumped in the plant area to dry naturally,causing great harm to the environment.In order to solve the problem of sludge treatment and disposal completely,it was decided to build a sludge treatment plant and carry out advanced treatment of the sludge to ensure the sustainable development of the city.After analyzing engineering data and considering the actual situation of the project,this paper proposes to build a sludge treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 50 tons.The site of the sludge treatment plant was determined to be a reserved area in the south of the second phase of the sewage treatment plant in Zhalantun City,and the plant occupies about 3.71 hectares.In this project,the solar energy drying process is adopted.Solar heat collectors and sewage source heat pumps are used as heat sources,achieving the goal of reducing the moisture content of the sludge from 80% to 30%.The dried sludge is sent to Zhalantun Xincheng Central Heating Co.,Ltd.as a kind of auxiliary fuel.After being mixed with a large amount of pulverized coal,the sludge is sent to a fluidized-bed boiler for incineration.The design of the plant area is divided into two parts: the production area and the storage management area.The production area includes processing facilities such as wet sludge storage rooms,solar energy drying greenhouses,and solar collectors,as well as auxiliary production facilities such as transformer substations,sewage source heat pumps,solar energy equipment rooms,and deodorization rooms.The storage management area mainly includes product warehouses,control rooms,offices,etc.The construction of the sludge treatment project not only solved the problem of sludge generated by urban sewage treatment,but also brought about good economic and environmental benefits.The project construction has good feasibility.
