High efficiency,compact,precision is the development trend of modern mechanical equipment design.However,the traditional design of the traditional design method,which is based on the Strength theory,Safety coefficient method,empirical formula and the chart,appears to be inadequate in the development.Therefore,all kinds of moderm design methods have been developed and popularized rapidly.High power density on a crusher reducer gearbox was designed in the paper,through the innovative transmission scheme layout,and the use of optimization design method and the finite element method of modern design means,to achieve the optimization and improvement of the gear box,which can be improved significantly the power density ratio than the traditional design scheme.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Through analysis of the design task technical difficulties,clear the design idea and the reference to common way of transmission layout,presented innovative transmission scheme of the multi-stage gear sleeve coaxial cylindrical gear laid the foundation for a high functional density gearbox design and implementation.On this basis,the use of MATLAB mathematical calculation tools,according to the traditional design theory,developed a computer program gear design parameters to achieve a rapid matching transmission parameters and gave a variety of designs,provided for further optimization design alternative plans.For the minimum volume target,strength criterion,reasonable transmission parameters,geometry restrictions and other constraints,establish mathematical model of transmission parameter optimization solution,and the use of gray particle swarm optimization(GPSO)algorithm of design parameters optimization solution to obtain optimal design for further structural design finite element analysis provides the data foundation.According to the transmission parameters of the optimization results,designed the structure of the gearbox components to determine the gearbox pattern and results,and created three-dimensional solid modeling,building digital prototypes.On this basis,using the finite element method for the main components of the gearbox were assisted analysis to verify the strength and stiffness of the main components,using the finite element method to analyze parts of the weak link,and then putted forward the corresponding improvement measures.This paper mainly through the transmission scheme of innovative design,transmission parameters optimization solution and the finite element method for the inspection of the weak link,and provided a practical design method for the design of high power density gear box.
