Nanoparticles have been recieved a significant amount of attention because of their unique physical and chemical properties,as well as their wide applications in sensors,biological diagnosis,catalysts,coatings,and so on.However,one of the most important and challenging part is their organization at the nanoscale.The two-dimensional assembly of nanoparticles with controlled morphology in highly ordered arrays is important for realizing their novel applications.Self-assembled 2D nanoparticles arrays show remarkable collective properties.In this dissertation,we focused on the 2D nanoparticles arrays,investigated the influence of the substrates and exchanging ligands on nanoparticles' arrangement of the 2D nanoparticles arrays.Firstly,we synthesized relevant Au nanoparticles by reported method.The size of Au nanoparticles is about 4.2 ± 1.2 nm.We chose smooth and flat silicon as the substrate and the surface of the silicon substrate was fluoridized by air and solution method.Then we fabricated self-assembly Au 2D nanoparticles arrays on the silicon substrate.It has been found that the solution method is obviously better than the air method by comparison of the TEM images and UV-vis spectra of the 2D nanoparticles arrays.Thus using this approach,highly ordered self-assembly Au 2D nanoparticles arrays have been prepared,and the ordering of the Au 2D nanoparticles arrays prepared on the silicon substrate has been shown obviously better than that on the teflon tape.Secondly,air cross-linking and injection-crosslinking method can be applied in preparing cross-linking Au 2D nanoparticles arrays on the solution fluorinated silicon substrate.We have successfully prepared cross-linking Au 2D nanoparticles arrays by using 1,3-dimercaptopropane,1,6-hexanedithiol and 1,10-decanedithiol.The 2D nanoparticles arrays have been further investigated by the Uv-visible spectroscopy,TEM and GISAXS technologies.Notably,the ligands replacement of nanoparticles surface can be achieved by air crosslinking and injection-crosslinking method,hence,more stability,closely packed Au 2D nanoparticles arrays can be successfully prepared.
