The tetragonal titanium barium is synthesized by the methods of improving on the basis of routine oxalate coprecipitation method,mechanochemical method,high temperature mechanochemical method and coprecipitation-high temperature mechanochemical method.This paper also studies the differences between the phase quantity,the microstructure and the particle size of the titanium barium powder synthesized by different methods.The improving on the routine oxalate coprecipitation method is a method chosing the butyl titanate that is easy to control the hydrolysis effect and the barium nitrate,which is low toxicity and cheap as the raw material.According to the study of technological conditions of controlling the pH of the solution,the laying temperature,the laying time of the barium oxalate complex compound and to chose the good dispersing agent and to study the impact of the different calcination temperature on the powders' properties,finally,we get the best preparation technology parameter while controlling the pH of the solution about 3,the laying temperature is 80? the laying time is 4 hours and calcining the oxalate complex compound at the temperature of 800?.In this technology parameter,we can get the fine particle size,good dispersion and pure tetragonal titanate barium.Mechanochemical method uses the barium carbonate and the titanium dioxide directly as the raw material.Its preparation technology is very simple:we put the raw material into the ball grinder firstly in order to make the material becoming more active,then calcite the active material in the muffle furnace,finally we get the pure tetragonal titanate barium powder after the material milled for 6 hours and calcite in the muffle furnace for 2 hours.Barium titanate is prepared at a high temperature mechanochemical method is used the barium carbonate and the titanium dioxide as the raw material and then milled them in the high temperature for several hours.This method is simple in operation and we can get the product at a lower temperature.After milled the raw material for 10 hours at 700? we could get the pure tetragonal titanate barium powder.Barium titanate is prepared by the oxalate complex which is made by coprecipitation.After the material milled in the high energy ball-milling machine for two hours at the temperature of 600?,we can get the pure product.The result shows that this method is easy operate and can realize the difficult reaction at low temperature.
