As a large industrial country,China has a high demand for iron and steel.Therefore,a large number of steel slag is produced in the process of steelmaking.If these steel slag can not be fully utilized,it will not only occupy the land,but also cause pollution to the environment.At present,natural stone is the main stone on the Yellow River,and the country is protecting natural resources more and more,so it is urgent to find a new material to replace the natural stone in the field of slope protection of the Yellow River.In this paper,it is urgent to find a new material for the prevention and control of the Yellow River emergency stone,but the steel slag,as a kind of industrial steelmaking waste slag,can not be comprehensively utilized.Considering both,the steel slag is chosen as the reserve.The main raw material for stone prevention.By means of laboratory test and finite element software simulation,a new type of composite structure is developed.The main research work is as follows:(I)In this paper,the basic physical properties of steel slag,coal ash,cement and rubber particles of waste tire are studied through basic performance tests,and nine kinds of steel slag cores with different formulations are designed,which are tested by compaction test and unconfined compressive strength test.The optimum mix ratio of steel slag core is cement:coal ash:coarse steel slag:fine steel slag:6:12:49.2:32.8.(2)By analyzing the different size calculation methods of the stone,the structural size of the steel slag core reinforced concrete is determined,and the specimen is made by using the scale model,and through the compressive strength test.the water absorption and the density test,The compressive strength and quality index of the stone repellent are studied.The results show that the strength of the new composite structure is 45.38 MPA.which meets the requirement of the strength of the stone.(3)In view of the frost resistance of reinforced concrete reinforced concrete with steel slag core,the freezing and thawing properties of steel slag core reinforced concrete are compared with that of ordinary concrete through freeze-thaw experiment,and the frost resistance of steel slag core reinforced concrete is studied.(4)In this paper,the impact resistance of the stone is studied.The impact resistance of the stone under different working conditions is analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element simulation and impact test.The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the impact test data.The ultimate impact height of the stone is 10 meters.The new composite structure has the advantages of economical application.simple preparation method.low cost,good economic and social benefits.and provides a new direction for the preparation of the stone.
