At present,the three phase Fused Magnesia Furnace is the main equipment for fused magnesia production.The practical work process of Fused Magnesia Furnace is very complex,and the internal temperature is too high and difficult to measure online.It is also hard to modeling with mathematics.However,the yield and quality of fused magnesia is directly influenced by the distribution of temperature field of furnace.Aiming at these problems,the distribution of temperature field of Fused Magnesia Furnace in smelting process is analyzed in this thesis.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on finite element method,the distribution of three-dimensional unsteady temperature field of Fused Magnesia Furnace is simulated.And,the simulation result of the distribution of temperature field of Fused Magnesia Furnace is obtained with 10000A during 7 hours and 20 minutes.(2)Based on the simulation result of temperature field,the relationship between the distribution of temperature field and the distribution of different quality grade of fused magnesia is analyzed,and the multi-objective optimization model for unit energy consumption of fused magnesia and waste sand ratio of fused magnesia lump is proposed Then,the multi-objective optimization model is optimized by using multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on hypercubes to obtain two current control strategies for minimum unit energy consumption and minimum waste sand ratio.The simulation result shows that the optimized two current control strategies can effectively reduce unit energy consumption and waste sand ratio,and the production of fused magnesia is also increased.(3)Based on the isotherm contour on the transverse profile of the circular Fused Magnesia Furnace and the distribution of waste sand on the transverse profile of fused magnesia lump,a triangular shell of Fused Magnesia Furnace is designed.The simulation result shows that the triangular Fused Magnesia Furnace is better than the traditional circular Fused Magnesia Furnace on unit energy consumption and waste sand ratio in theory.Therefore,this triangular shell has reference value for the actual production of fused magnesia.
