Noble metal nanomaterial,especially noble metal nanoarrays microstructure,is an emerging category of nanomaterials in recent years.It has been widely used because of its specialphysical andchemical properties,such as local surface plasmon resonance,compar-ing with other massive materials.This property has been applied in biological sensing and many other related fields.But there are still some defects,such as low adhesion with substrate and poor stability in fabricating desired noble nanoarrays microstructure with exitingtechnical approaches.It's urgent to transfer the microstructure from the parent substrate to the target surface and improve its stability for further development and application.This study mainly focuses on the fabrication and the transfer of the noble metal nanomaterial.Its physical and chemical properties and related applicationshave been explored as well.The feasibility of thetransformation of substrate was investigated and the stability was improved greatly by inserting polyelectrade multilayers.For the further research,the detection of application in biological sensing has been performed.In the first part,a soluble polymer(polylactic acid)was selected as a mediator.And three different morphologies of noble metal nanoarrays microstructures were transferred by wedging.The impacts on the morphology and properties of three different noblemetal nanoarrays microstructures from the transfer process were analyzed,which demonstrated the feasibility of the transformation.In the second part,polylactic acid was taken as mediator and polyelectrade multilayers were inserted between golden triangle arrays microstructure and substrate with layer-by layer self-assembly method to improve the stability of the microstructure.The optimum transfer condition to insert the polyelectrade multilayers has been obtained after several attempts.The impactson the morphology and physico-chemical properties of goldentrianglearraysmicrostructure have been alsoinvestigated.Additionally,the detection of application of noble metal nanoarrays microstructure in biological sensing has been performed.
