The steel plays an integral role in National Defence building and economic construction,since there are a large number of inclusions in steel materials,which seriously affect the quality and performance of steel also restrict the use of steel materials.Therefore,we must take effective measures to reduce inclusions in steel materials in order to improve the performance of steel materials.In inclusion,the impact of non-metallic inclusions on the quality of steel is very complex,types of inclusions,composition,form,content,size and distribution can seriously affect the quality and performance of steel materials.The main purpose of the study of inclusions in steel is understanding the relationship between these factors and the quality of the materials,then improving the quality of steel purposefully.In this paper,using basic thermodynamics and dynamics calculations to simulate the inclusion nucleation and growth process of coalescence behavior,factors can be obtained that affect results in the formation of inclusions,The thermal simulation of deoxidizing process was carried out to investigate the effects of alloy elements Al,Ti,Zr,Ca and Al-Ti,Ti-Zr.Knowing the morphology,composition,particle size distribution of Inclusions in steel when adding different deoxidizer.Adding Al,Ti,Zr,Ca and Al-Ti,Ti-Zr,the morphology of inclusions in the absence of polymerization is almost spherical,and the size of the inclusions little difference.Al,Ti,Zr,Ca,their nucleation rate and growth rate is different,resulting in inclusions of the the number,size and composition are different.Separately adding Ti,Zr,Al,Ca,the main component of the inclusions is the oxidation product.Composite adding Al-Ti,the main component of the inclusions is Al2O3-TixOy,The internally mainly is Al2O3,externally surrounded TixOy.Composite adding Ti-Zr,the main component of the inclusions is TixOy-ZrO2,The internally mainly is ZrO2,externally surrounded TixOy.By adding separate deoxidizer Ti and composite deoxidizer Ti-Zr,Respectively deoxygenating in normal conditions and electrostatic protection conditions.The total number of inclusions under static conditions increases with the time,the average diameter and ingredient of inclusions does not change so much.
