According to the water volume and quality of a town in Jiutai District of Changchun City,a sewage treatment plant is planned to take the process design of the wastewater treatment plant as the research object.According to the information provided by relevant departments,the total treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant in the near future in 2020 is estimated to be 3300 m3./d.Analysis water quality,compare the existing domestic and foreign process and finally determined the best process program.The main research content is as follows:(1)The determination of the site of the sewage treatment plant.Considering the site selection principle,site address situation and the outside of the secondary protection zone of Shitoukoumen Reservoir,etc.,the sewage treatment plant site was final determined in8 kilometers southeast of a street in A town.(2)Selection of sewage treatment process.According to the existing mature sewage treatment technology A2 O,oxidation ditch and SBR and other processes,combined with the scale of the sewage treatment plant,the final small-scale 300m3/d,select the pretreatment + integrated equipment as the main wastewater treatment process;sewage Process scale 3300m3/d main process using biochemical reaction tank.(3)Benefit analysis of the sewage treatment project.Estimate the operating costs and the environmental and social benefits can bring.
