Beautiful rural construction in zhejiang province,according to the special funds management approach(trial)"(zhejiang agriculture[2015]no.45)and the zhejiang province rural life sewage disposal measures for the annual inspection and acceptance(zhejiang village fixed office[2014]no.22)about the spirit,to nanxun in 2014 for the construction of rural life sewage disposal project,carry out a comprehensive performance evaluation work.This evaluation work involving 15 different processing craft,408 sewage treatment station,for each of the sewage treatment station in and out of the water chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.[objective]from 408 sewage treatment station in and out of the water quality test results of different processing technology on the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,and combining the investment cost and operation cost of different treatment processes can be analyzed,different processing technology get 1%of the chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate,need how much cost,respectively,to explore suitable for rural domestic sewage processing pattern sprang out.[method]chemical oxygen demand(COD)detection:the water quality determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD)dichromate method GB 11914-1989.Ammonia detection:the determination of the water quality of ammonia nitrogen nessler's reagent spectrophotometry HJ 535-2009".Total phosphorus detection:the water quality of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry for determination of the total phosphorus GB 11893-1989.[results]stabilization pond of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate is 55.76%,58.50%and 41.98%,respectively,with 1%of the chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate,will cost $6.81,6.50,9.05 respectively,medium compound artificial wetland to the chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate is 85.25%,84.40%and 76.55%,respectively,with 1%of the chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate,will cost $12.69,12.82,14.13 respectively.[conclusion]stabilization pond is the most economical and practical in all process,but the stabilization pond only suitable for the processing of low concentration of pollutants,and the occupation of land area is large,the treatment effect is greatly influenced by the seasons,backward in economy and area rich in land area can be applied.If it is in a high concentration of sewage treatment,medium compound artificial wetland is more appropriate,can be suitable for the treatment of chemical oxygen demand(COD)concentration of 70.8?476 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen concentration of 10.6?116 mg/L,total phosphorus concentration is 2.00?9.66 mg/L of rural domestic sewage,the primary success rate was 85.6%,the chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate of the standard deviation was 7.38%,11.2%,10.5%respectively,it can handle the high concentration of sewage,water quality stability,can make water basically met the rural sewage treatment facilities of water pollutant discharge standard "(DB33/973-2015)level of standards.In addition,a single mode of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus removal rate is lower than other combination of technology,so when choosing wastewater treatment process,can according to the requirements of the village sewage concentration,achieve water quality standards and economic conditions in our flexible layout process,or by combining different treatment processes.
