The electrode materials of traditional capacitors are mainly carbon materials.They have good rate performance and stability,but the specific capacitance is not high.The pseudo capacitor capacitor has the characteristics of high specific capacitance,so it has been developing rapidly.Among them,the transition metal oxide,which shows a fast reversible pseudo capacitance reaction,is widely used in supercapacitor electrode materials.Composite materials,multi-component metal oxides composite or asymmetric supercapacitors are usually used to enhance the electrochemical performance of pseudo capacitor capacitors.In this paper,the successful preparation of molybdenum oxide by hydrothermal method??-MoO3?,It not only has a unique multi-layer structure,which is very suitable for small ion implantation/removal,but also has the characteristics of a very wide range of valence states,is a promising electrode material.The optimum preparation conditions of this paper are as follows: the heat preservation temperature of water and heat is 220 ? and the heat preservation time of water and heat is 24 h,and the specific capacitance of the prepared ?-MoO3 is 135 F/g.And the source of easy,low cost of glucose as carbon source for preparing ?-MoO3/C composite materials.The specific capacitance of ?-MoO3/C composite with a glucose content of 25 wt% is 194 F/g under the current density of 0.5 A/g.Multiple metal oxide composites have become a hot spot of research in supercapacitor electrodes because of their ability to provide more pseudo capacitance and specific surface area.In this paper,the "biscuit" and the fascicular nanowire??-MoO3?were prepared by the method of electrospinning and hydrothermal method,and they were mixed with MnO2 by water bath.The effects of preparation methods on the structure,morphology and electrical properties of the composites were investigated.The test showed that the morphology of materials have great influence on the electrical performance,"biscuit" type MoO3 and MoO3 nanowires bundle,whose MnO2 are improved specific capacitance of the MoO3 electrode material,MoO3 nanowires?135 F/g?composite with MnO2,at the scan rate of 10 m V/s,the specific capacitance is 174 F/g,improve 29%.In this paper,the Zn based spinel type electrode material Zn M2O4?M = Co or Fe?was prepared by different methods.Zn Co2O4 was prepared by hydrothermal method.The effects of the preparation conditions on the structure,morphology and electrical properties of the materials were studied.In addition,Zn Fe2O4 nanofibers were successfully prepared by electrospinning.The effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on the structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the samples were investigated.
