Planning for the sustainable development of National Agriculture issued in 2016 clearly pointed out that the beautiful countryside construction and green small town is an important part of the development of modern agriculture,but the rural people and livestock sewage system is backward,the dispersion of pollution,control and arduous tasks.According to the rural environmental governance need to solve the problem of decentralized wastewater treatment,introduces the development situation of dispersion type sewage treatment technology,and the dispersion of Johkasou technology was studied,the dispersion type purification tank for sewage treatment engineering design and application are analyzed,the results provide a reference for the new rural construction 'technology selection and policy making.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)On the current situation of China rural sewage and rural water pollution and water resource utilization are reviewed and analyzed,introduced the background and significance of-this study.The domestic and foreign research progress of purification technology of decentralized sewage treatment tank are reviewed and analyzed;study the distributed net tank of sewage treatment project,the technology of in rural areas the applicability and superiority of in-depth analysis;(2)The decentralized wastewater treatment technology and process engineering classification,comparison of decentralized wastewater treatment technology,research on tank maintenance management,purification,purification tank that decentralized sewage treatment technology(1)has a significant effect of water purification,water quality of the effluent P(BOD5)<10mg/L(TN)<10mg/L,P P(TP),<1mg/L(2)has the advantages of small volume,convenient installation,durable;(3)Design calculation of drainage network system decentralized sewage purification tank hydraulic pipe selection and supporting facilities are designed;draw the minimum velocity for 0.6m/s;the diameter of DN400,minimum design gradient is 0.0006;the plastic pipe(PE)is the most reasonable choice;(4)On the dispersion of wastewater treatment technology in detail,economy,environment and social benefit analysis;engineering budget analysis of the integrated unit price analysis;economic benefit analysis of the dynamic economic payback period and internal rate of return of single factor sensitivity analysis method,analysis of environmental benefit analysis of environmental benefits and social benefits by comparison.Analysis of engineering fuzzy mathematics evaluation method;(1)the calculation results show that the payback period is 3.5 years;(2)according to the single factor sensitivity analysis shows that the project is influenced by all factors significantly smaller,recovery efficiency,low risk,low risk of investment;(3)according to the environmental benefit index,superiority the There is nothing comparable to this purification tank;(4)social benefit analysis based on the fuzzy data evaluation results show that the decentralized wastewater treatment project has good social benefits;...
