The subordinate mine of Zijin Mining is a representative Carlin-type gold deposit,which has low-grade gold,arsenic and organic carbon besides the gold bearing mineral with fine dissemination size.The main metallic sulfide minerals is pyrite,while the most gangue mineral is calcite,quartz,dolomite and sericite,others are some arsenopyrite and organic carbon.According to the result of Gold phase,the major is sulfide inclusion gold.The test sample belongs in low-grade and refractory gold ores from the subordinate mine of Zijin Mining.Study on mineral dressing process was developed and suitable for the gold ores with technical feasibility,economy and environment by the experimental study on ore property,technological minerals and predecessors'.The process flow was recommended,one roughing-two concentration-two scavenging.One had no regulator and the result was that the concentrate had 19.18g/t gold with recovery 91.61%and the tails had 0.28g/t gold.Another was added 2000g/t Na2CO3 to grinding,and the result was that the concentrate had 21.38g/t gold with recovery 90.19%and the tails had 0.32g/t gold.According to the small scale test research in library,the trouble that the gold recovery was on the low side(<85%)was solved.By reasonable process flowsheet and parameter,the recovery was more than 90%,and also mineral processing factory was introduced.
