The rare earth mine in Liutang,Chongzuo City,Guangxi Province is adopted in situ leaching method.Although this technology destroys less vegetation and reduces soil erosion,the risk of landslide disaster occurs when the soil is Supersaturation.An important method to prevent and control landslides in rare earth mines is on-line monitoring and early warning.In order to slove the problem of landslide in this mine,the online-monitoring and early warning system must be established.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establishment of on-line monitoring and early warning system for slope.In the layout of the 3 line,7 points of stope,laid a total of 4 surface displacement meter,2 inclinometer,6 earth pressure sensor,6 gauge,1 gauge arranged on the surface height.In the top box installation data acquisition,remote control center and data acquisition terminal can communicate through the wireless transmission module,the remote control center through the slope monitoring control software to achieve various functions and implementation of online monitoring and early warning on the slope.(2)Data analysis.Using the monitoring data of 8 months from May 15,2016 to January 5,2017.Analysis of rainfall and injection rate during this period after data processing.The conclusions are as follows:Liquid injection rate control should be in a proper range,prevent slope supersaturation,avoid the occurrence of landslide disasters;Liquid receiving project at the foot of slope will change the liquid pore water pressure and soil pressure distribution;Rainfall has a great influence on the stability of the slope.During the rainfall,we should pay close attention to the weather change,strengthen the monitoring,strengthen the defense measures and prevent the landslides.(3)Set up multiple hierarchical alert mechanisms.The warning level of landslide is divided into 5 levels,and the meaning of warning grade and emergency measures are put forward.(4)Single index alarm forecast.Combined with the On-the-spot investigation,the expert opinion,the relevant literatures and other methods,the early warning criterion of the short-term early warning index of the landslide was determined comprehensively,and the single index alarm forecast was carried out.Taking a set of monitoring data for engineering case application,the results show that the early warning level is IV,and the IV level warning signal is issued to the enterprise.It is proved that the method can judge the monitoring data and send out the correct warning signal,but the method has the problem of not considering the influence of the early warning index on the landslide,and it needs to combine the comprehensive early warning model to improve the accuracy of the early warning.(5)Synthesized index alarm forecast based on AHP method.Based on the theory of AHP,the Synthesized index alarm forecast system is established,and the comprehensive model of landslide early warning based on extension is established.Taking a set of monitoring data for engineering case application,the results show that the early warning level is IV,and the IV level warning signal is issued to the enterprise.It is proved that the model can calculate the monitoring data and send out the correct warning signal.
