With the rapid development of containing fluorine mineral mining and processing,synthesis of fluoride,especially the vigorous development of fluorine industrial base,fluorine production process of high boiling residual liquid volume discharge has a sharp increase by million tons a year in recent ten years,which caused serious influence on the human health.At present,the main methods of the high boiling residues treatment include physicochemical treatment,advanced oxidation method and incineration method.The incineration method has advantages of mature technology,low cost,and thus has been widely used,but the big shortcomings of the process is useful material in the residual liquid didn't get,such as recycling,industrial investment,It is needed to optimize the improvement;Advanced oxidation process can be recycled resources,but there are different residual liquid processing method is not the same,need to test grope for to determine the best process parameters,so the handle of he high boiling residual liquid is a difficulty in the industry processing,and the research focus is relatively low at present.In this paper,using hydrothermal carbonization process,catalytic volatile burning method,release gas carbonization method on HFC-245fa,HFC-236fa production process of high viscosity,low liquidity of high boiling residual liquid processing research;By the method of distillation burning,low viscosity,liquidity good have certain recovery value in the production of methane chloride,hexafluoropropylene produced by high boiling residual liquid processing research,the conclusion is as follows:1)This study mainly studied the influence of temperature,reaction time and catalyst volume on the treatment of high boiling residual liquid by catalytic hydrothermal carbonization.11h reaction time,the temperature of 170 ?,water and residual liquid ratio of 1:3 were determined,the calorific value of municipal solid waste generated is as high as 18.25 MJ/kg,equivalent to 61%of the standard coal,can be used to generate electricity with standard coal used,the product of three times after washing water solution pH:2.37,low COD to 7mg/Lcan be incorporated into the wastwater treatment system,it was basically achieved high boiling residual liquid harmless and recycling treatment.However,there are problems with sales difficulties.2)This experiment adopts vector volatile burning methond intreatment of high boiling residual liquid technology research,by studying the residual liquid volatilization rate alone,to determine the best process conditions are residual liquid additive amount of 1 g,10 h,the reaction of the residual liquid volatilization rate is as high as 90.12%,but has the problem of low volatile rate,further using diatomaceous earth,fly ash,bentonite as a carrier to residual liquid volatilization rate of the study,the results show that fly ash carrier volatilization rate is highest,at the condition of the residual liquid with fly ash ratio of 1:1,10 h reaction,the volatilization rate reache to 90.75%,but the shortcomings are repeated utilization rate is low and produce new solid waste problems;In order to further optimize process conditions,the catalytic release gas carbonizatiaason method is adopted to improve the high boiling residual liquid processing technology research,experiments show that in 240 ? and 280 ?outgassing composition mainly is chlorinated organic compounds,it can be collected to the incinerator,the high boiling residual liquid is decomposed into hydrogen chloride,carbon dioxide,water and other low molecular substances,it is realized harmless,low poison of residual fluid handling.But there are problems with the difficulty of recycling useful resources.3)Burned and distillation method can achieve high boiling residual liquid of achieve resource recovery at the same time,this experiment adopts the method of methane chlorides device by-product of high boiling residual fluid processing research,the experimental results show that the distillation recycling residual liquid of 70%carbon tetrachloride resources;it was further tested and the results showed that the recovery was good.Establishment and simulation with Aspen Plus containing hexafluoropropylene high boiling residual liquid recycling technology.It was introduced hexafluoropropylene residual liquid handling of technical problems and difficulties,analyzed including hexafluoropropylene general composition of high boiling residual liquid,proposed including hexafluoropropylene high boiling residual liquid recovery of new technology,the appropriate thermodynamic modelis choseed,using Aspen Plus software model is established and successfully completed the calculation of the model,Production by pilot plant,the the purity of 99.85%butene eight fluorine products,purity of 99.50%of desflurane product,Distillation residue shall sent to the incineration process,absorb carry strong process to obtain the concentration of 40%hydrofluoric acid as a by-product processing,all kinds of products have very good application value,a certain economic benefits has achieved.The results of the study on the treatment of high boiling residue and the integration of the resources of the resource have shown that the resource and harmless treatment of the high boiling residue can be realized,and the direction of the other kinds of high boiling residual liquid is pointed out.
