Oil has been each country's economic lifeline of the country,as one of the most widely used energy.Oil pipeline transport is regarded the main means of oil transportation.But both inside and outside of the oil pipeline is corroding,wearing away,due to unforseen circumstances or vandalism over time.It has been resolved successfully with appearing of the internal detector.Also,the problem that the external detector accuracy is low and the cost is high.Because the environment inside of the pipeline is unknown,the running internal detector may be jammed.The real-time tracking and positioning for pipeline internal detector is particularly important.It can't only determine the position of the detector,but also judge the jammed position quickly to solve the problem when the internal detector is jammed in the pipeline.In this paper,a kind of locating method is put forword based on negative pressure wave theory and a locating system for the internal detector is designed based on the new method.In addition,some relevant algorithms is designed to solve the problem that is showed up in locating position.Firstly,a kind of locating method is put forword based on negative pressure wave theory and the character of weld on the pipeline.Besides,some influences on accuracy of the method is analyzed.After that,related algorithm about the actual locating problems is designed.The first problem is how to judge the position of the weld.The received waveform data will be preprocessed by Gaussian filtering and compensation for large disturbance.Then the preprocessed data will be transformed to wavelet form to analyze singularity points.At last,the valid singularity points and the corresponding time will be recorded according to the actual case.Second problem is how to match the data that the first and last station received.The energy of the last station data will be predicted by the neural network,which is built by training a lot of data.The range of last station wave is calculated for the first station wave.Then the position of last station wave is analyzed according to several correlation method to match the first and the last station wave.A whole locating system for the internal detector is designed according to the new method which has been put forword.The locating system plat and locating system soft is included.The locating system plat is to add the time tag to pressure signal.The pressure and temperature signal is collected by second pulse of GPS.The locating soft is to analyze the pressure signal with time tag to get the position of the internal detector.Besides,some function is designed to be convenient for usage.
