As we all known,stimulus-responsive polymers are smart which could respond to one or more external stimuli such as pH?light?pressure and temperature and so on.Then the physical and chemical properties even the morphology of polymer assemblies like micella and vesicles gotten by self-assembling would be changed as well.Besides we have already realized that normal fluorophores are equipped with aggregation-caused quenching property(ACQ)which has drastically restricted the use.However,some tetraphenylethylene and their derivatives have changed the situation because of the property of aggregation-induced emission(AIE)which has attracted our attention nowadays.We have learned the previous experience and then design?synthesize and research the molecules and corresponding copolymers with the property of AIE and multi-responsive reactivity in this thesis,respectively.1.We firstly synthesize some molecules named as TPE-4CN and TPE-OH and so on which have AIE property and some are equipped with PDT effect.Then we study the TPE-4CN with the structure of dicyanoethylene which could react with thiol and amino functions.Besides,the nanoparticles of TPE-4CN could produce the singlet oxygen and react with biomolecules like GSH and with the changing of ultraviolet absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.2.We prepare PEG-b-PICEMA,the amphiphilic block copolymers by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization(RAFT),then PEG-b-P(TPE-4CN-co-MEA)copolymers with the property of AIE which could be responsive to thiol and amino functions prepared after the modification of TPE-4CN molecule by efficient coupling reaction.We get different kinds of assemblies like micella and vesicles by slowly adding the deionized water to co-solvent of block copolymers containing TPE-4CN moieties.We could realize the real time monitoring of position and degree of reaction by fluorescence changing on account of TPE-4CN moieties as well as PDT effect.What is more,after reacting with biomolecules containing thiol and amino functions,the permeability of bilayer to water of assemblies has great altered which can cause the morphology transfiguration which could help with the release of fluorescent dye within the bilayer.
