Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Heavy Metal Pollution Prevention And Control In Xiangjiang River Basin

Since China’s reform and opening up,the long-term model of extensive development has caused serious environmental pollution.China’s industrial water consumption is 6-9 times that of developed countries,and 2/3 of the rivers are polluted,of which 1/5 even lose their use function.Environmental problems have become the main factors that impede the sustainable development of our country’s economy and society.And it has damaged the vital interests of the residents.Therefore,the protection environment has become a major concern of the public and the government.The government environmental audit has made considerable contributions in promoting environmental protection,which also makes the development of the government’s environmental audit the focus.However,since the start and development of our national government environmental audit are far behind the developed countries in theory and practice,the future development still has a long way to go.Taking the construction of ecological civilization as the background,this paper takes the audit project of heavy metal pollution control in Xiangjiang River Basin of Hunan Province as the research object.Through reading,analyzing,comparing and summarizing the relevant theoretical literature of the government environmental audit at home and abroad,and combining the setting up of "two type society" in Hunan province to discuss the weight of the Xiangjiang River Basin.The audit work of metal pollution control for the economic and social development of Hunan Province,and through interviews,questionnaire,qualitative analysis and other research methods,combined with the years our country on other basins,the status of the Xiangjiang River Basin heavy gold pollution control project audit status,special We will conduct in-depth analysis and find out the problems and analyze the underlying causes.Finally,combined with the present situation of our government environmental audit,the audit experience and methods of other cases,and the characteristics of the Xiangjiang basin itself,to optimize the distribution of economic and social development.This paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for heavy metal pollution prevention and control audit project in Xiangjiang basin of Hunan province.
