Image Image processing technology is one of the basic approaches for improving traditional industries and realizing industrial intelligence.It is the basic requirement for “Made in China 2025”.Ore rock grain size is the main technical index of ore rock crushing,and the accurate distribution of ore rock grain size is not only an important parameter of beneficiation automation,but also the basis of follow-up process.The image processing technology applied to the detection of ore rock particle size can obtain the parameter information of ore rock particle size and the crushing parameters of ore rock in real time,which can improve the production capacity of the ore rock crushing equipment.It can also detect the ore rock particle size distribution parameters on the industrial production line in real time.To provide basic parameters for improving product quality.Therefore,the detection of ore-particle size based on image processing has important theoretical research significance and practical application value.According to the actual control requirements of on-site production,the image processing technology can be used to detect the ore rock grain size parameters.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The image preprocessing of ore-grained particles first adopts an improved filtering algorithm to remove the noise in the image and increase the contrast of the edge of the ore-grain particles;then the filtered image is optimized using the morphological theory to optimize the ore-grained grain area;The principle of construction eliminates the tiny area inside the ore rock particles and reduces the over-segmentation of the image.(2)Segmentation of Ore Granular Image Based on the traditional watershed image segmentation method,the internal ore particles in the image are marked internally and externally marked in the background.After the mark is completed,the image segmentation can be ideal.Complete the segmentation of ore particle images.(3)Ore rock particle calibration.Based on the segmentation process,each oreparticle area is calibrated,and the ore rock grain size information is obtained after calculation and statistics;and the statistical results are compared with the results of manual screening test to verify the ore rock particle size detection.The accuracy and feasibility.(4)Establishment of detection system.Combining image acquisition,image processing and image user interface,using MATLAB software to establish human-computer interaction interface,can realize on-line real-time detection of ore rock particle size.
