With the increasing competition in the global market,more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of cooperation.Relying on a single agent is not able to undertake all the jobs in a large project,then we need to have other agents to work together.In this paper,we study how to make the two-agent can be satisfied with the cost and benefit,under the situation that the two-agent processes a batch of jobs by cooperation.In this case,the profit of a single agent may not be maximized,but the overall benefits obtained by two-agent are optimal.This is also in line with the general trend of win-win society.Based on the production process of iron and steel enterprise,the following problems are extracted from the four production processes of iron making,steel-making,hot rolling and cold rolling.The processing cost is defined as the completion time of jobs,and the objective is to maximize the cost savings in the two-agent scheduling problem in which processing time is related to the processing position.The processing cost is defined as the minimum value of the makespan of jobs,and the objective is to maximize the multiplication of their rational positive cooperative profits in the two-agent scheduling problem in which processing time is related to the processing position.The processing cost is defined as the minimum value of the maximum lateness of jobs,and the objective is to maximize the multiplication of their rational positive cooperative profits in the two-agent scheduling problem in which processing time is related to the processing position.In this paper,the third,fourth,fifth chapters are elaborated on these issues,and the problems are analyzed one by one,and finally examples are discussed or some concluding remarks are drawn.There are so many studies on the problem of two-agent scheduling in the socialized large scale production.In this paper,the two-agent scheduling problem proposed by iron and steel enterprises is also applicable to some other two-agent scheduling situations,and it lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the problem in the future.
