Fluorescence detection technology is a kind of simple operation,high detection sensitivity and high selectivity for detection,so it is widely used in food,environmental testing and other fields.The development of fluorescence detection technology makes fluorescent probe a hot topic in recent years.Fluorescent probe is mainly composed of a derivative fluorescence group,rhodamine,coumarin,fluorescein and other common fluorescent dyes because of its good optical properties and biological properties,are widely as the synthesis of molecular probes.In this paper,four new fluorescence probes,F1,F2,R1 and R2,were designed and synthesized by rhodamine B and fluorescein,respectively.The details are as follows:1.A new compound R1 was designed based on rhodamine.The recognition ability of compound R1 and Cu2+was explored by UV spectrum,and the recognition mechanism of compound R1 and Cu2+was speculated.The results showed that the compound R1 had a high selectivity to Cu2+in 10%ethanol aqueous solution,and was directly observed with the naked eye.2.A new compound R2 was synthesized based on rhodamine.The recognition performance of compound R2 was investigated by fluorescence spectra and UV spectrum,and the action mechanism of R2 and Fe3+was investigated.The results showed that the compound R2 had a high selectivity for Fe3+,and the compound R2could detect Fe3+in living cells.3.A new compound,F1,was synthesized by fluorescein.By studying its optical properties,it was found that the compound F1 had a high selective response to Hg2+in20%dimethylsulfone aqueous solution,and the compound could detect Hg2+in living cells.4.A new compound,F2,was synthesized based on fluorescein.By fluorescence spectra and UV spectrum explores the recognition capability of compound F2 on Cl O-,the results showed that compound F2 in 60%of dimethyl sulfoxide in aqueous solution to ClO-has high selectivity,and compound F2 in different water samples can effectively detect the ClO-.
