The application of the surface plasmon reaction in surface enhanced Raman scattering field has been applied and developed more and more.In this paper,we mainly introduce the specific process of surface plasmon reaction through the contrast detection about Raman scattering spectra and surface enhanced Raman scattering spectra of the compounds with different categories, and then by observing experimental data to obtain the substituent effect has an influence on the surface plasmon reaction. When a particular substance is mixed with silver sol,a specific functional group of the material will be adsorbed on the surface of the silver atoms. In the meantime,a kind of special particles are formed between the surface of material and the surface of silver atom, namely surface plasmom.Under the specific wavelength and intensity of laser, the surface plasmon promote chemical reaction among the material monomer, which changes the nature of some special functional groups within the material itself. Therefore, the data of Raman scattering spectra before and after the material mixed with silver sol have a certain degree of differences. This context was divided into three parts. The first part mainly explains the definition of some concepts in the article, and briefly discusses the connection between some concepts?see chapter 1?.In the second part, the Raman scattering spectra of the three kinds of materials are studied in different conditions from the theoretical and experimental detection.Firstly,we selected three varieties of benzoic acid which were substituted by fluorine:2-mercaptobenzoic acid?2-MBA?,3-mercaptobenzoic acid?3-MBA?and 4-mercaptobenzoic acid?4-MBA?.And the normal Raman scattering?NRS?spectra and surface enhancement Raman scattering?SERS?spectra were measured in the same theoretical and experimental conditions?see chapter 2?respectively.Afterwards,we selected three kinds of fluorine substitutedbenzeneboricacid:2-fluorobenboricacid?2-F-PhB?OH?2?,3-fluorobenboric acid?3-F-PhB?OH?2?and 4-fluorobenzic acid?4-F-PhB?OH?2?.The process of surface plasmon reaction was obtained by analyzing the theoretical and experimental data respectively?see chapter 3?.In the end,we selected two kinds of fluorine substituted bromobenzaldehyde:2-fluoro-4-bromobenzaldehyde?2-F-4-BB?and 3-fluoro-4-bromobenzaldehyde?3-F-4-BB?.After observing the normal Raman spectra of these two kinds of fluoro-bromobenzaldehyde,we measured the Raman scattering spectra of fluoro-bromobenzaldehyde solution that mixed with silver sol in different concentrations respectively?see chapter 4?.The third part mainly based on the above the conclusions and prospects of these three groups of experimental data were summarized?see chapter 5?.
