With the improvement of mechanical instrument precision in industrial production,modem precision machining requirements of the accuracy is getting higher and higher.The thermal error impact of CNC machine tool already can,t be ignored.Therefore,the research on thermal error compensation of CNC machine tool is paid more and more attention by industrial experts.Nowadays,industry has entered the era of intelligent manufacturing.The machine thermal error compensation technology put forward new requirements.Study on Remote Error Control System for CNC Machine Tools can meet the requirements of precision machining on the machining accuracy.It can also meet the new needs of intelligent manufacturing for machine tool thermal error compensation technology.It is of great significance to the development of modem industry.This article is supported by National Natural Science Foundation Project:'Coupled Modeling And Influence Research In Functional Surface Structure And Performance(No.51490660/51490661)',the machine tool thermal error measurement,modeling and compensation and remote control were introduced around the CNC machine tool thermal error compensation remote control system.Content of this paper includes:The eddy current sensor and on-line measurement system were used to measure the thermal error of CNC machine tools.The machine tool thermal error measurement provides the raw data for the machine thermal error model,which has an important influence on the thermal error compensation effect of the machine tool.Due to the respective measurement characteristics of the two methods,the thermal error measurement method of the machine tool is selected according to the requirement of the thermal error compensation of the CNC machine tool so as to obtain the best compensation effect.Through the thermal error modeling technology,the measured machine thermal error data are processed to obtain the thermal error model of the machine tool.Thermal error modeling technology directly affects the machine tool thermal error compensation effect.A good model can not only accurately predict the thermal error of a machine tool by measuring very few external factors,but also have good robustness and ean't be disturbed by extermal factors.The thermal error model is embedded in the thermal error compensation device of CNC machine tool.The thermal error compensation device can predict the thermal error of the CNC machine tool by measuring the temperature change of the temperature-sensitive point.The thermal error value is fed back to the machine tool.Through the machine tool thermal error compensation device wireless module,the thermal error compensation device is connected to the computer server.It can realize the control of the machine tool thermal error compensation and the status information check of the mobile phone and the computer software,complete the development of the remote machine control system of the thermal error compensation of the machine tool.
