The compressive strength and effective porosity of the ecological porous concrete(EPC)depend on the rheological properties of the EPC cement paste material,and the rheological properties of the EPC cement paste material mainly depend on the variety and dosage of the plasticizers which has important guiding value for the configuration technology of EPC,ensuring that EPC compressive strength various from 5 MPa to 15 MPa,effective porosity from 20%-35%.Based on the theories of material science,botany,ecology and other related theories,the relationship between the rheological properties of EPC cement paste prepared by plasticizers and the relationship between EPC strength,porosity and pervious performance was studied.The relationship between rheological properties of EPC cement paste prepared by compound plasticizers and EPC strength,porosity and permeability is studied.And the construction technology and quality control index of EPC were explored in a meaningful way.The main conclusions in the paper are as following:1.Fluidity of EPC cement paste shall be situated between the range of 152mm?172mm to ensure the EPC mechanical properties and effective porosity via preparation simulation test.2.The relationship between the yield stress of cement paste and the compressive strength,effective porosity and permeability coefficient of EPC is established under the condition of single plasticizer and compound plasticizer.The rheological parameters of cement paste which can meet the compressive strength and effective porosity of EPC can be obtained,and the yield stress shall be controlled within the range of 15.30Pa-16.80Pa.The measured results show that when the yield stress of EPC cement paste is within the range of 15.30Pa?16.80Pa,the compressive strength of EPC is higher than that of 7.5MPa,and the effective porosity is all 30%?35%,and the permeability coefficient is higher than 11.OOcm/s.3.Based on optimized preparation technology,When 0.5%-0.6%is selected according to the proportion of 1:4 mixed polycarboxylic acid and aliphatic compound plasticizer,Or select the 0.6%-0.7%content according to the proportion of 1:1 mixture of polycarboxylic and aliphatic compound,Or select the mixture of amino acid and naphthalene compound with 0.5%?0.6%content and 1:4 ratio.The flow degree of EPC cement paste meets the requirements of 152mm?172mm,and its yield stress is within the range of 15.30Pa-16.80Pa,which provides technical guarantee for the optimum preparation technology of EPC,and it also lays a foundation for the formulation and improvement of EPC related regulations.4.Put forward the guidelines for EPC construction,which has important guiding significance for the popularization and application of EPC.
