In recent years,due to the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of industrialization,a large number of cities in China frequently appear haze weather,and the air quality level is deteriorating.Increasing air pollution will not only inhibit the sustainable development of China's economy,but also seriously endanger human health.Therefore,the problem of effective control of air pollution is imminent.Air pollution is not a problem that can be solved by a single city itself.It is more caused by the complex interaction of air quality between regions.The paper is based on this perspective,on the basis of the existing research results of air quality,the research content and research methods are perfected and innovating.This paper is divided into three parts: Firstly,using the daily data of pollutant concentration in 146 cities in China,the author explores the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the air quality index(AQI)and the primary pollutants.Secondly,using the optimized dynamic time warping algorithm to analysis the air quality index time series data of 146 cities and clustered according to the similarity of their changing trends.Select the more serious and representative key categories of pollution,further use the Granger causality test method to study the linkage of air quality in the key area,and construct the linkage network of air pollution.Through the calculation and analysis of relevant network node characteristics,Beijing is finally identified as the core city that has an important impact on the air quality in the region.Finally,eighteen macroeconomic data indicators are selected from three dimensions.Study on the main influencing factors of Air pollution in Beijing by using Entropy weight dynamic time warping algorithm.According to the conclusion of this paper,it is suggested that the government should start with the linkage characteristics of air pollution in different regions.consider optimizing the industrial structure and improving the energy structure for the typical regions with more serious air pollution.Strengthen supervision and other "joint prevention and control" measures to fundamentally alleviate the current situation of air pollution in China.
