| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the promotion of urbanization,the production and consumption of plastic products in China has been increasing year by year,and the plastic packaging bottle is one of the most important part.The waste plastic packaging bottle contains a large amount of renewable resources.The recovery and reuse of the waste plastic bottles can not only save energy,change waste into treasure,bring good economic benefits,but also reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and protect the ecological environment.In order to realize the effective recovery of waste plastic bottles,this paper aims at the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing recycling mechanism of plastic packaging bottles,developed an intelligent plastic packaging bottle recovery device which is based on embedded system through the research and integration of the subsystems of bar code recognition,weighing,material recognition and image recognition,etc.In this paper,a special optical system is developed on the basis of the designed recovery device mechanism.The special optical system can obtain the cross-section contour image of the plastic packaging bottle effectively and avoid the distortion of the contour of the object to be tested under the condition of limited space size.Meanwhile,the image of the target plastic packaging bottle’s region is segmented.By determining the characteristic of the contour curve quickly and matching with the template library effectively realized the recognition of the shape features of the bottle body.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of the existing waste plastic bottle recovery device,such as inconvenient operation and slow identification speed.The mechanical structure of the recycling device is innovatively designed so that it can transmit,detect and recognize plastic bottles with different diameters and heights which required the motion of translation and rotation at two degrees of freedom.Specifically,the mechanism design and 3D modeling of the recovery device’ mechanical structure are first carried out in this paper.Then the prototype is made to verify the function by using 3D printing and other rapid prototyping methods.Finally,the transmission speed and stability of the device to plastic packaging bottle are improved by structure analysis and optimization method.(2)In order to realize the intelligent control of the plastic packaging bottle transmission and identification system,the hardware control circuit based on embedded system is designed and the related intelligent control program is programmed,which enables the plastic packaging bottle to locate and identify quickly and accurately during the transmission process.(3)An image recognition system based on optical system is developed in order to identify the plastic packaging bottle accurately and intelligently.An optical path system composed of high-definition camera,light source and optical lens is designed to obtain the bottle body image with high contrast and low distortion.Then,the Image grayscale,binarization,boundary enhancement and extraction,contour acquisition and other processing methods are used to realize the intelligent matching between the packaging bottle and the known bottle contour data through microprocessors. |
