General catering enterprises have a certain amount of temporary food waste,which can produce a large number of malodorous gases in the temporary storage sites,affecting the surrounding environment and atmospheric environment.In this paper,a kind of biological denitrification device is used to deal with the fetid odor of food and beverage,and compare with ordinary biological purification device.The changes of volatile organic matter concentration in the pretreatment and post-treatment of fetid odor gases were analyzed through the method of the sampling method of solid adsorbent The removal of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in odorous gas was clarified through the change of ammonia nitrogen and sulfate concentration in the biological denitrifying device.On the basis of this,the mechanism of denitrification degradation of foul-smelling substances is discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?Denitrification is an efficient method for degrading organic malodorous substances from kitchen waste.When organic malodorous gas concentrations varied between 20.3mg·m-3?200.8mg·m-3,the biological denitrification device obtained higher removal rate.The removal rate of the biological denitrifying device remained above 84 percent,while the removal rate of the common biological purification device remained above 81 percent.When the gas intake concentration of the organic malodorous gas is not more than 102.7mg·m-3?strong odor?,the removal rate of the denitrifying reactor and the normal reactor remains above 90%.When the intake concentration continued to rise,from 190.7mg·m-3 to 200.8mg·m-3?stodgy?,the removal rate of the denitrifying reactor decreased from 78.6%to 70.4%,and the removal rate of normal biological purification devices decreased from 77.3%to 66.1%.The COD in the biological denitrification system is lower than that of the ordinary biological purification plant,and the organic malodorous gas provides the carbon source for the biological denitrification reaction.In the biological denitrification device,the degradation of lmgVOCs consumption was 0.0058mg NO3-and 1.81%of the organic malodorous gases were degraded by denitrification.?2?The eat hutch waste fermentation to produce ammonia nitrogen during storage by collecting soluble in water,under the action of microorganisms into nitrate nitrogen,eliminate the ammonia nitrogen gas emissions,biological denitrification reactor degrade 6.1%more than ordinary purification plant NH3.The hydrogen sulfide produced by fermentation is collected in water and converted into SO42-by microbial action.The emission of hydrogen sulfide gas is eliminated,and the biological denitrification reactor is more than 9.385 H2S than the normal purification plant.?3?The composition of the organic compounds produced by the malodorous gases at different temperatures is different.At higher temperatures,the VOCs of the malodorous gases are more varied,and they are better degraded in the denitrification devices.When the suction air volume increases,the dissolved oxygen in the device increases,the denitrification is suppressed,and the reduction of denitrification in the device can result in the decrease of VOCs removal rate.?4?After the anti-nitrification treatment of the malodorous gases,the number of the exhalation materials decreased,and the biological denitrification device increased by 115 species compared with the original gas,but the peak area was 83.93%lower than the original gas.The average biological purification plant increased by 130 species,but the peak area was 81.76%lower than the original gas.Before treatment,the main components of malodorous gases are alcohols,aldehydes,acids,alkenes and alkanes.After treatment,the main components in the gas are alkenes and alkanes.Alcohols,aldehydes,acids and esters are degraded in the reaction process.Both devices in addition to the most VOCs,but biological denitrification device than normal biological purification device are more superiority on macromolecular organic matter removal,18 methyl carbonate,methyl oleate,cis-9-Hexadecenol,21 alkanes large molecules such as organic matter removal in biological denitrification device.
