Aiming at the problem of long manufacturing cycle,low dimension accuracies,Large machining allowance in production process of large-size cast,the paper studies on self-adaptive molding processing of patternless casting,building the integrated model of Metal/Mold.the mold is divided and assembled,setting up different materials for each mold whether pre-buried cold iron and exhaust pipe,according to thedemand of force field and temperature field in casting and solidification process.Process casting unit,assembling the cast,getting high quality large casting,after the numerical simulation of the integral model of the whole casting mold.To achieve a combination of casting structure at one time by using a variety of sand,setting different parameters each unit of casting mold.Through building the integrated model of Metal/Mold and combined with casting structure and process characteristics,Setting different sort of sand(silica sand,iron ore,zircon sand,for each sand unit)in each sand unit.The Self-adaptive foundry processing can reduce solidification time and improve mechanical properties by the finite element analysis in this paper,Studying on sand such as silica sand,zirconium sand,chromite sand,varying with the proportion of resin and curing agent.Getting sand formulation and sand casting property.in different tensile strength of sand.Through the experimental of cutting performance in different tensile strength.,revealing the low of cutting force and dimension precision,varying with the sand strength.To prolong tool life and improve the dimensional accuracy of sand,selecting the appropriate tensile strength of sand.According to the characteristics of the Self-adaptive foundry processing,designing typical castings of different wall thickness.Doing the finite element analysis and experimental research of this cast in the Self-adaptive foundry processing and the traditional process.The comparison and analysis of the superiority in the two processes,combining with the numerical simulation results and experimental results,,...
