In recent years,environmental pollution?especially atmospheric pollution?in Linyi City has caused great concern from society and government,and it has captured the attention of the society and the government.It has grasped the exposure-response relationship of air pollutants in Linyi City and its space exposure efficiency.Health research is of great significance.In this study,from the perspective of epidemiology,the time-series Generalized Additive Model?GAM?model was used to explore the exposure-response relationship between atmospheric pollutants and residents'respiratory diseases and circulatory system diseases in Linyi City in 2015,and to reveal the characteristics of air pollutants in Linyi City to the health of the population;Linyi City,the main air pollution emissions inventory,and simulations through the CALPUFF model to explore the spatial distribution of pollutants and residents exposure efficiency,help to grasp the spatial distribution of health effects,provide a scientific basis for the residents'health protection and related policy formulation.The results of the study indicate that?1?Linyi City has a lagging effect on the number of respiratory and circulatory system outpatients.For respiratory diseases,for each unit concentration?One unit concentration of CO is 0.1 mg/m3,and the remaining contaminants are10?g/m3?increase of PM2.5?lag05??PM10?lag0??SO2?lag0??NO2?lag0??CO?lag0?and O3?lag3?,the Excess Risk?ER?values for respiratory disease outpatient visits were 0.6%,0.36%,1.77%,1.29%,0.69%,and 1.07%;For circulatory diseases,For each unit concentration increase of PM2.5?lag04??PM10?lag04??SO2?lag05??NO2?lag05??CO?lag0?and O3?lag3?,the ER values of circulatory disease outpatients were 0.72%,0.80%,3.55%,3.54%,0.77%,and 1.39%,respectively;?2?Different genders and different ages have some effect modification effects on respiratory diseases and circulatory diseases;?3?The emission inventory established in this study shows that in 2015,Linyi City PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NOx,CO,the total emissions of VOCs and NH3 were 10.9,14.3,8.8,15.0,148.5,49.3,and 124,000 tons,respectively;?4?From the distribution of air pollutant emissions,the main sources of contribution of PM2.5 and PM10 are civil sources and process sources;SO2 main sources of contribution are civilian sources,fossil fuels fixed combustion sources and process sources,NOx is mainly from transportation sources and fossil fuel fixed combustion sources;civilian sources,process sources and transport sources are CO Major sources of emissions;VOCs mainly come from process sources and civilian sources;most of NH3 comes from agricultural sources;?5?In terms of the number of process sources,the large number of enterprises in Linyi City are non-metallic mineral products and food manufacturing,followed by chemical medicine,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing,paper products,textile industry,and non-ferrous metals.Metal smelting and rolling processing industry,chemical raw material medicine.?6?The distribution results of the CALPUFF?California Puff Model,CALPUFF?simulation results for the four pollutants are similar.The higher concentration regions are mainly concentrated at the junction of Cangshan County and Fei County,eastern Fei County,northern Lanshan District,south-central Hedong District,and Junan County.Western Region.?7?For Linyi City residents'exposure efficiency,the exposure efficiency of different industries and different pollutants to residents of Linyi City is very different.For example,residents of Lishui County should focus on the harm caused by the glass fiber yarn industry.Most industries cause residents of Lanshan District and Luozhuang District to be exposed to higher levels of exposure.?8?There was no significant correlation between the exposure efficiency and the share of pollution source emissions,exposure efficiency and concentration contribution,but there was a significant positive correlation between the exposure efficiency and the ratio of the share of emissions and contribution rate.Therefore,residents of Linyi City,especially men and children,should pay attention to pollutants causing acute respiratory diseases,while middle-aged people should pay attention to the circulatory diseases caused by pollutants.From the spatial scale,due to the dense population at the intersection of Lanshan District,Luozhuang District and Hedong District,and the relatively high exposure efficiency,residents should take individual protective measures.In addition,the government should focus on controlling and controlling civil sources and process sources,and solve the problems caused by atmospheric pollutants.
