As people pay more attention to food safety and dietary health, special studies and spatial distribution analysis of harmful heavy metal content in major food crops are carried out, scientific understanding of food safety issues is of great significance to the adoption of proactive measures to cope with the impact of heavy metal pollution, and the development of reasonable strategy.Taking the wheat in the main food crops as an example, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution of the heavy metal elements Cd,Cr,and Pb in wheat from provincial, municipal, and county levels through the use of spatial statistical methods. In key regions such as Sichuan Province,Hubei Province and Jiangsu Province, the content of heavy metals and the rate of exceeding standards are high. With the help of spatial autocorrelation analysis,we further explored the agglomeration of cadmium, chromium and lead in wheat in the space. The analysis found that cadmium elements in Sichuan Province,Hubei Province and Jiangsu Province appeared "high" accumulation type, chromium elements in Hubei Province,Jiangsu Province and Shanxi Province appeared "high" accumulation type, lead elements in Shanxi Province,Sichuan Province and many other places appeared "high" accumulation type.Further analysis was conducted on areas of “high” agglomeration type for the treatment of heavy metal pollution.Estimation of the interpolated Kriging and sandwich interpolation using spatial interpolation, interpolating the whole, predicting the global space using a small amount of monitoring data, and pre-estimating unknown monitoring points. This paper makes full use of space visualization to visualize the spatial distribution of heavy metal elements Cd,Cr,and Pb in wheat, and grasps the spatial distribution pattern of heavy metal pollution from the overall, macroscopic, and global perspectives. It directly and clearly sees the heavy metals in wheat. The spatial distribution of the elements makes the results of the study will have a guiding role in the governance of agricultural environment, serve the precise supervision of food safety, and promote the development of China's health industry.
