As the most convenient means of transportation in the contemporary era,with the improvement of people's living standards,the market demand for cars is expanding.The automobile manufacturing industry has reached the golden period of development.Accordingly,they have put forward higher requirements to the automobile manufacturing technology too.BIW Welding is one of the four most important manufacturing processes in the automotive manufacturing process.The efficiency and quality of welding manufacturing directly determine the productivity and quality of automobile products.The promotion of the design and manufacturing cycle,machining accuracy,automation level,flexibility degree of welding production line and other factors.They determines whether the development of the welding industry can adapt to the complex and changeable market demand and help enterprises to keep moving forward in the brutal market competition.This article mainly takes the F model as an example.On the basis of the traditional design method,combined with the existing work platform of the digital plant,the key technical difficulties in the design and manufacture of the welding line are carried out.Based on the welding task of the main line for the car model.Finish the work of carrying out preliminary process planning,layout work,determine welding task assignment,layout plan and delivery system form selection at first.Then,According to the process planning to design the clamping mechanism,positioning device and turnover mechanism of the welding main line by the3 D modeling function of software CATIA.And find out the motion,force and interference of some of the problems that may exist in the design model to analyze and optimize correspondingly.Finally,the digital model and production line integrated device model are imported into the simulation software Robcad for virtual simulation by means of format conversion.To complete the interference inspection of the operation of the production line,the importing of solder joint and the definition of the welding equipment,the trajectory planning and off-line programming of the robot used in the main line are realized by this way.Through the process of the design and Simulation of the assembly line of the car body assembly,the optimization and improvement scheme of the welding fixture production line is sought to achieve the standardization,efficiency and flexibility of the design method of the welding line.In this paper,the main design principles,methods,steps and verification methods involved in the design and integration of the welding fixture production line in white bodyare expounded and data collated.And put forward opinions and feasible implementation plans for the key technologies and development directions involved in the design of the welding jig production line.It has reference value for improving the knowledge system database and designing and manufacturing technology and level of welding production line.
