Ionic liquids?ILs?are liquid organic salt with low volatile,good thermal stability and chemical stability,wide electrochemical window,widely used in chemical industry,energy,life sciences and other fields.Poly?ionic liquid?s?PILs?are polymers comprising an ionic liquid?IL?species in repeating units and a polymeric backbone.PILs combine properties of small molecule ionic liquid,and the dimensional stability and mechanical durability of polymers.In recent years,porous PILs have been derived on the basis of PILs.Combining the advantages of functional IL units with porous structure,porous PILs have shown widely potential applications in smart responsive materials,wastewater treatment materials,high efficiency catalysis,porous carbon materials and biomedical materials.The main research work is summed as the follows:?1?Design,synthesis and application in heavy metal ion adsorption of porous poly?ionic liquid?s membranes.Firstly,imidazolium ionic liquid monomers?1,2-Dimethyl-3-ene butyl-imidazolium?with different hydrophilic anions were synthesized?IL-Br,IL-PF6?.Then a mixture containing IL-Br,IL-PF6,1-vinylimidazolium and poly?ethylene glycol?diacrylate was photo-crosslinked by irradiation with UV light to achieve the PIL membranes.Based on the mechanism of phase separation,porous PIL membranes were prepared by adjusting the molar ratio of hydrophilic?IL-Br?and hydrophobic?IL-PF6?segments,following by the test of heavy metal ion absorption capacity and cycling endurance.The results as follows:the best porous structure was achieved,when the molar ratio of IL-Br and IL-PF6 was kept at 7:3.The resultant porous PIL membranes exhibit high absorption capacity of metal ions(including Hg2+,Pb2+,Cu2+,Cd2+,and Zn2+).In addition,this type of polymer membrane could be easily recycled without significant decrease.?2?Poly?ionic liquid?s grafted polypropylene nonwoven fabrics?PP@PIL?for switchable oil/water separation,dye absorption and antibacterial applications.The porous PP@PIL fabrics were prepared via grafting poly?ionic liquid?s?PIL?on polypropylene?PP?nonwoven fabrics.The results as follows:The fabricated PP@PIL fabrics showed high and switchable oil/water separation performance??>99%?via anion-exchanging the anion of PIL.Moreover,The PP@PIL fabrics exhibited significant improvement in terms of dye absorption?q=410mg/g?compared with commercial activated carbon.In addition,the fabricated PP@PIL fabrics also shown high antibacterial properties against gram bacteria.These promising features make PIL grafted PP nonwoven fabric a potential one-step treatment for multicomponent wastewater...
