Strontium ferrite,as a kind of magnetic nanometer material,is usually used as permanent magnetic materials.It exhibits special one dimensions feature,good chemical stability,corrosion resistivity,large magneto-crystalline anisotropy,high Curie temperature and superior coercivity.In recent years,strontium ferrtie with ferromagnetism has drawn widespread attention due to the widespread application in social life,such as information recording,electronic communication,electronic equipment,microwave devices and biomedicine.In this paper,we synthesized surface modified hexagonal plate strontium ferrite at a low temperture by a simple method with the purpose of green chemistry and environmental protection.We investigated the effect of the p H value on the structure and properties of strontium ferrite.Besides,we prepared ions droped strontium ferrite and studied the effect of ions on the morphology and properties of strontium ferrite.In addition,strontium ferrtie-zinc ferrite composite materials were prepared to research the effect of the different ratio of the composite on the properties of strontium ferrite composite materials.All the research contents are as follows:(1)The preparation and surface modification of strontium ferrtie by chemical coprecipitation method: in the experimental process,deionized water,sodium hydroxide and PVA were respectively used as the solvent,coprecipitant and surfactant.The hexagonal plate strontium ferrties were synthesized at a low calcination temperature without complexing agent.We adjusted the p H value of the system by controlling the amount of sodium hydroxide.And we charactered the samples in many tools.We learned the effect of the p H value on the structure and properties of surface-modified strontium ferrtie.In addition,we also compared the magentic properties of the strontium ferrite synthesized with PVA or not.(2)The preparation and ions-doped modification of strontium ferrite by sol-gel method: In the experimental process,deionized water,sodium hydroxide and PVP were respectively used as solvent,coprecipitant and surfactant.The morphology and the particle size of the synthesized samples were diverse.And the samples were measured by many tools to explore the effect on the ion substitution of the structure and properties of strontium ferrite.(3)The preparation of strontium ferrtie-zinc ferrite composite materials by chemical co-precipitation: In the experimental process,deionized water,sodium hydroxide and PEG were respectively used as solvent,coprecipitant and surfactant.We synthesized the composites with uniform morphology and particle size under the appropriated conditions.And the composites were tested by all kinds of tools.The effect on the different ratios of composites were invisitigated.Meanwhile,the photocatalytic activity of the composites were explored.We can achieve the purpose of effective separation and recycling.
