Motor is the most important power source in the submersible screw pump production system,and it is also the key to the performance of the oil recovery system.Usually,the traditional submersible screw pump is composed of screw pump,flexible shaft,protector,submersible motor,controller,gear reducer and downhole sensor,which leads to the long transmission chain of the whole unit.The complexity of the mechanism makes the fault point increase,the operation of manufacturing and maintenance is complex,and this increases.At the same time,due to the series connection of multiple motor in the submersible motor,the length of the motor and pump is too long and the volume is too large.In the directional well,there is no good passing rate and adaptability in the horizontal well.Therefore,the design of a screw pump and motor which belongs to the internal and external structure of the small volume high efficiency and low speed permanent magnet motor(integrated submersible screw pump)has important research significance.The principle of the integrated submersible screw pump designed in this paper is that the rotor and stator of the screw are first embedded in the rotor of the motor.The rotor sleeve of the motor is fixed to the stator of the screw pump and is fixed with it.When the stator is electrified,the magnetic force pulls the rotor and the screw pump stator bushing is rotating with the rotor of the motor.The relative rotation of the pump rotor is accompanied by the formation,propulsion,disappearance and re formation of the sealing cavity in the screw pump bushing,and the oil is lifted to the ground.In this paper,the design of the stator core of an integrated submersible screw pump permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the core of the rotor and the design of the coil,the design of the electromagnetic body and the design of the motor shaft,the shell,the end cover design and the bearing type selection are designed by using the motor experience design method.The Ansoft electromagnetic analysis software is applied to the hollow rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor.Through the simulation model,the magnetic force line distribution,the magnetic cloud graph and the magnetic density vector distribution map are obtained through the simulation model.At the same time,the characteristics of the motor are observed by changing the current,air gap and the width of the permanent magnet,and the structure is optimized.Then the three.dimensional model of the integrated submersible screw pump permanent magnet motor is carried out by using Ansys.The temperature field is obtained by finite element analysis,and the windings,chassis,stator and rotor,permanent magnet,lubricating oil and overall temperature field distribution are obtained.The full heat exchange between the internal lubricating oil of the integrated submersible screw pump and the hollow part of the permanent magnet motor will be fully considered in the calculation process,and the temperature field will be calculated and analyzed.At the same time,the influence of different well temperature and load on the temperature of all parts of the integrated submersible screw pump permanent magnet motor is fully considered.
