In the middle and late period of the development of oil field,there is still a problem to be solved,that is,the problem of "wax deposition".Wax deposition not only hinders the process of oil production,but also has a deep impact on the pipeline.Once wax deposition reaches a certain level,it will cause blockage,resulting in the oil well not working,and the pipeline can not transport oil.The traditional solution method mainly by chemical plugging,electrolytic plugging,but these common plugging means can only alleviate the "blockage of wax deposition" cause,but can not fundamentally solve the problem at the same time,the labor demand is strong,the consumption of financial and material resources is large,serious wax deposition is to stop well construction,solution the blocking effect is not ideal,and therefore can not solve the fundamental problem.Ultrasonic cleaning and paraffin removal technology is a main direction in the current research.The trend of ultrasonic method can replace chemical plugging removal,which can effectively save costs and reduce environmental pollution during the cleaning process.In this paper,a new compound plugging removal technology is developed,which combines ultrasonic viscosity reduction technology with magnetic plugging technology.It effectively solves the problem of wax deposition fundamentally.By ultrasonic technology to change the crystal internal organization,break the balance condition,greatly reducing the viscosity of oil and a wax,magnetic treatment can effectively improve the temperature change of wax,wax,to achieve the purpose of blocking,the two organic combination,can greatly realize plugging the results,in view of this,this paper in-depth analysis and research.The target reservoir component of crude oil and wax curve,effectively carry out the study on action mechanism and adaptive blocking mechanism of electromagnetic ultrasonic composite solution,ultrasonic method and electromagnetic method to double the macro and micro determination and analysis,combined with the existing mechanism on the basis of this,the method of determination of compound deplugging viscosity reducing mechanism and adaptability.By designing a piezoelectric transducer with a series of high radiant sound power,the ultrasonic vibration analysis is used to compare and test the compatibility of the composite method.According to the effective experimental data of measuring the viscosity temperature curve,the effect of ultrasonic,electromagnetic and compound plugging removal is analyzed in real time.Through orthogonal experiment,the main influencing factors of plugging and viscosity reduction are determined,and the working parameters such as working current,ultrasonic time,magnetic field and operation time are optimized,and the best matching parameter values are obtained.The experimental results show that the best magnetic field strength is 62 m T when the optimal working current and processing time of the transducer in series inductance are 0.2A 3min.This paper studies the advantage relation of composite method to single method.According to the advantage time relation curve,ultrasonic electromagnetic compound plugging technology has recommended application value for wax removal,plugging and viscosity reduction in oilfield.
