In the process of oil production,there are many phenomenon,such as formation plugging,scaling and formation waxing,which can easily lead to the decrease of reservoir permeability,the decrease of oil production,and low recovery.The mechanical vibration plugging removal technology can remove the blockage in the near wellbore zone of the reservoir,which can make up for the shortcomings of acidizing,fracturing and high energy gas fracturing.This paper mainly studies the application and mechanism of vibration recovery device and vibration oil production technology.Firstly,it analyzes the principle of vibration recovery,oil incremental mechanism and mechanism and structure of stimulative nipple and optimizes the vibration recovery device.In addition,the paper calculates the deformation of tubing string caused by vibration through force analysis.Secondly,through experiments including artificial vibration device,the indoor simulation vibration law of wellbore tubing and the transverse and longitudinal propagation law of vibration wave test,the paper lays a foundation for the optimal design of the structure of down-hole vibration recovery device,the prediction of the process effect and field construction process optimization.Finally,according to the application in the field,the oil increasing effect of the vibration oil recovery device is verified.The application and popularization of mechanical vibration plugging oil recovery technology can solve the problems of oil well plugging caused by drilling,operation,measures,maintenance and other factors effectively.
