During drilling and exploration of oil fields,the wear of drill pipe and casing is serious,which causes significant losses to the oil field.In the form of protrusions,the hardbanding that is fused to the surface of the drill pipe joint replaces the drill pipe joint to cause friction with the bushing,which protects the drill pipe joint.At the same time,the hardness of the hardbanding is lower than that of the drill pipe itself.The tube also played a protective role.In recent years,wear-resistant material spray welding technology has been widely used,and now there are dozens of hardbanding spray welding processes.For different service needs,the selection of what kind of material wear-resistant materials and what kind of spray welding process can be used in order to achieve the optimization of drilling tool maintenance has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,based on the relevant research on the drill-pipe wear-resisting belt welding technology at home and abroad,a detailed and in-depth theoretical analysis and practical research on the spray-welding process of the hardbanding on the surface of the drill pipe joint is carried out.The article focuses on the drilling rod wear zone welding standard and defects,the factors affecting the quality of the drill pipe hardbanding welding process,drill pipe wear zone spray welding process optimization and other aspects to explore.Starting from the process flow,equipment and parameters of the hardbanding of drill pipe joints,this paper specifically and systematically analyzes the impact of process,equipment,parameters and materials on the quality of hardband spray welding,and summarizes the six that affect the quality of spray welding.The main factors-welding wire material,welding current,spray gun oscillation frequency,chuck rotation speed,distance from the center of the nozzle and the height of the spray gun,in order to formulate the optimal optimization program for each major influencing factor,and study the various factors.In the process,the direct influence of various factors on the spray welding effect was obtained.This direct influence is a reference for technicians engaged in this job.That is,by analyzing unqualified products and directly determining the parameters that need to be optimized,the efficiency of fault resolution is improved,and the quality of spray welding of hardbanding is greatly improved.
