Xingbei Oil Field proceed water flooding and polymer flooding development,moisture content of each reservoir is different,even high water wells exist relatively large reservoir with low water content and a certain reserve potential,especially abundant remaining oil in inefficient wells due to oil pollution.M oreover there are plenty of well shut-in water cut is relatively high,but relative to the overall water cut oil field at high now,had to shut down the well still have considerable value for development,especially compared with the peripheral low permeability reservoir value.In addition,a large number of the casing damage locations are located near the production layer,some are in the middle of the production layer,lead to well was unable to increase production,due to the blockage of the original perforation hole,the large amount of residual oil near the casing can not be extracted,as a result,it is necessary to control the closure and shutdown of the casing,enable the production potential to be used again,has great practical significance.Firstly,the potential index of shutdown well applied,analyzing the production potential of the shut-down well,then through the effect prediction model of inefficient shutdown well measures,determine the governance boundaries of the closure well,the cumulative oil production for the period of validity of Np,and the validity period of the lowest economic output delta Qomin compared,to control limits: when Np or delta Qomin,the well can consider governance from the Angle of economic benefits.When Np is "Qomin",the well should not be governed in terms of economic benefit.Of inefficient shut down Wells after comprehensive renovation technology research of form a complete set of research,mainly including high water-content inefficient shut down Wells modification technology research,the moisture content of different interaction supporting layer fracturing technology and water plugging technology,and the field application effect of each technology are analyzed.Finally,those who had the potential to governance inefficient shut down Wells casing damage,divided into the casing damage Wells and without plastic casing change well,corresponding modification measures are given respectively,and analyzes the scene management instance,form a complete closure of casing damage Wells.Apricot north oil field using the above technology to 58 shut down Wells governance,as of September 30,2017,the cumulative oil production of 74356.6 tons,according to the oil price of $76 a barrel,the exchange rate of 6.66 yuan/dollar terms,tons of oil cost 470 yuan/ton,tons of oil profits is 2718.8 yuan/ton,input and output than 8.997,achieved good economic benefits.
